Nutrition can make or break an athlete. At NDURANZ we know this and we want you to know it too. The main aim of the NDURANZ podcast is to share our extensive knowledge of sports nutrition, the latest trends in sports nutrition and to bring you behind the scenes of what’s happening with our brand. And we brought just the guys for that – Dr. Tim Podlogar and Alex Rhodes.

What It Takes to Break Away from the Peloton (With Thomas De Gendt)
byNDURANZ

The road never ends for Thomas De Gendt — it just changes terrain. In this episode, the Belgian breakaway legend shares how he got into cycling, his rise through the pro ranks, and what led him to embrace gravel racing.

We take a deep dive into his trademark move: the breakaway. From the mental battles to the physical demands, Thomas explains what it really takes to escape the peloton and why a breakaway win feels unlike any other.

Of course, we also talk nutrition — how his fueling strategy evolved over the years and the best nutrition advice he ever received.

Making The Most Of It with Amy Henchoz
byAshley de Lotz

Today we sit down with friend of the show Amy Henchoz, to catch up on her training and racing. She is a phenomenal rider but unfortunately had a few issues and injuries over the past year, so we have a great chat about how she has overcome these and adapted her racing schedule.

Making it a great listen for riders who may have experienced similar, or having their racing plans derailed and having to adapt their season.

Despite these setbacks Amy has still had some mega results and is flying in 2025.
